permission system

permissions follow the pattern hytale.command.commandname. use the permission system to control access:

operator (op)

operators bypass permission checks. manage operators with:

/op add <player>     - make player operator
/op remove <player>  - remove operator status
/op self             - make yourself operator (console only)
